Financing Your Student's Education

Corpus Christi utilizes the FACTS Tuition Management System in an effort to help families manage the costs. Both annual and monthly payment options are available. 

 

When registering, families may choose to either pay their tuition in full, as outlined in the 2016-2017 Family Tuition Agreement, or pay through an installment plan. No matter which option a family chooses, all families must be registered and pay tuition through FACTS. The FACTS Management Company is a tuition collection company that Corpus Christi School has teamed up with to assist in the collection process.

 

OPTION TO PAY IN FULL Families who choose to pay tuition in full should:

1) Complete, sign, and submit the 2016-2017 Family Tuition Agreement to the school office.

2) Submit one check for the non-refundable registration/materials fee to the school office by May 13th. Checks should be made payable to: Corpus Christi School

3) To pay the tuition in full, families can either: a) submit a second check to the school office for the full amount of tuition minus $40 (family discount). The check should be made payable to: Corpus Christi School.  OR b) pay FACTS directly once an invoice is generated. Invoices from FACTS should be received within two (2) weeks of submitting the registration/materials fee and the Family Tuition Agreement to the school office.

4) Payment in full is due by June 10th .

 

OPTION TO PAY IN INSTALLMENTS All families choosing to pay tuition via an installment plan should:

1) Complete, sign, and submit the 2016-2017 Family Tuition Agreement to the school office.

2) Submit one check for the non-refundable registration/materials fee to the school office. Checks should be made payable to: Corpus Christi School.

3) For new families: Complete a FACTS agreement. For current families: A new FACTS Agreement is not necessary. Submission of your registration/materials fee and a 2016-2017 Family Tuition Agreement will indicate to the school office that your 2016-2017 FACTS Payment Agreement information (Bank Account #, Checking Account, Savings Account, Credit Card, Invoice request, etc.) is identical to your 2015-2016 FACTS Payment Agreement information. If any changes need to be made, requests must be made in writing to the school office. In this case, a new FACTS Agreement needs to be completed. Please be aware that before any registration material can be accepted, all prior year tuition must be paid in full.

 

Limited scholarships are available and provided by the Archdiocese of Hartford. Please contact Mrs. Sarpu for further details or concerns about managing your tuition payments.
